I am SO HAPPY you are HERE!

There is always that question about how we can get that perfectly balanced home life, work life, and everything in between. Oh and let’s throw in there to lose a few pounds, meal prep on the daily, and start living a healthy lifestyle. My friend… don’t even try!  What we need is to get organized, manage our time better, and start living a life with “intention” to be happy and the best we can be ~ every single day. 

 

My goal was to design this site to deliver tips and resources to help you navigate your hectic & crazy-busy life with things that inspire change, challenge thinking and empower YOU to get healthy, accelerate your personal growth and BECOME that someone who gets sh!t done!

SHORT BIO ~ Hi there…I am so happy to meet you! Several years ago I embarked on a journey to become the absolute BEST version of me I could possible be, and since then, I’ve wanted to do nothing more than to share with others what I’ve learned.

In my soul, I feel so called to help everyone I come across to live a life they absolutely love.

I want everyone to be HAPPY and HEALTHY ~ mind, body and soul…and my mission is to spread the message that if you really want it and you’re willing to put in the work…YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!

I am a Hawaiian girl who grew up in California and now lives in Frisco, Texas. We have been here for almost 7 years and LOVE it! I have been with my husband Rob for 25 years. Our daughter Kaylee is 22 and our son Robbie is 18 (eeeek….we are almost empty nesters?!? I have NO IDEA when that even happened!) But now that BOTH our kids are out of school…it’s a new chapter in our lives for sure! And I’m so freaking excited for what’s yet to come!

Over these last couple of decades (why does that make me sound so old!) I have created systems and processes, lists and guidelines to stay SANE because we have been a very busy family over the last 22 years. And now that I am slowing down on the “mommy” front, I have more time to dive in, focus and help others while chasing my own dreams of building the “happiness” empire and tribe I’ve always dreamed of! It’s MY TIME and I am READY!

If you are that super busy person…I totally get it! We have been a well-oiled machine for many years and I swear by daily planning, routines, list making and schedules! And the busier you are, the more you NEED this too! And I can’t wait to share the things I’ve learned.
