My FAVE OVERNIGHT OATS Recipe

1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp maple syrup (Organic grade A)
1 tsp vanilla
1 packet of Organic Stevia (I get online BUT some Targets have this brand too)

These keep in fridge for up to 3 days (we’ve eaten in Day 4 and we’re just fine 😉)
and you can eat as quick as 6 hours. I personally heat mine up but some like it cold!

You can also add fruit overnight if you like the flavor to be incorporated
OR prep fruit and put into a baggie and add when you’re ready to eat!

Other great adds:
Fruit
Honey
Flaxseed
Chia seeds
Coconut sugar
Nuts
Cocoa
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Raw or coconut flakes
Nut butters (peanut, almond, hazelnut)
