Roasted BRUSSEL Sprouts
I like to cut the brussel spouts in half before seasoning. I usually compost most of the individual leaves that fall off, they tend to burn.
Coat with extra virgin olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. You can wait until AFTER you roast to add seasoning if you prefer.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
TIP: I cook on a broiler pan (without the grated top). Browns it nicely If you don’t have one…AMAZON is your friend!
